About Me
Esra Westerburgen (1996) is a visual artist with a background in fashion. Her works start with personal memories, fantasies and fascinations. One of her current fascinations is the transformative and imaginative power of clothing and ‘dressing up’. Esra makes (photographic) prints, sculptures and costumes which she uses in her installations, workshops and performances. Her practice is based in Tilburg, The Netherlands.
